Wills: 

The design and preparation of wills, trust agreements, powers of attorney, living wills, and pre-marital and post-marital agreements.

Trusts and Estates: 

The representation of individual and corporate fiduciaries and the beneficiaries of trusts and estates in matters relating to all aspects of the probate of wills and the administration of trusts and estates, the modification, reformation, and termination of trusts, and post-mortem tax planning.
